Our in-house SaaS platform helping businesses find newly registered companies. Logo, frontend, backend, and payment system, all built from scratch.


The Challenge

Every day, hundreds of new companies are registered in Sweden. For sales teams, recruiters, and B2B service providers, these newly formed businesses represent the most valuable leads, companies that are actively setting up and making purchasing decisions right now.

The problem? This data was buried in government databases, scattered across multiple sources, and nearly impossible to act on quickly. By the time most businesses found these leads through traditional channels, competitors had already made contact.

We set out to build a tool that solves this from the ground up.

Our Approach

Brand Identity

ABKollen needed to feel like a serious B2B tool, not a startup toy. We chose a deep purple palette with dark tones that signal professionalism, data intelligence, and trust. The gradient backgrounds and subtle glow effects give the interface a modern, premium feel without being flashy.

The logo combines clean typography with a subtle nod to data and discovery, designed to work equally well on the website, in the app header, and on marketing materials.

Designing for Speed

The core user flow is simple: log in, see today new companies, filter, and reach out. Every design decision was made to minimize the time between "I want leads" and "I am contacting them."

  • Dashboard-first: Users land directly on actionable data, not a marketing page
  • Smart filters: Industry, location, company size, registration date
  • One-click export: Download filtered lists as CSV for CRM import
  • Daily notifications: Email alerts when new companies match your criteria

Technical Architecture

We built ABKollen as a full-stack SaaS application:

  • Frontend: React with TypeScript and Tailwind for a responsive, fast interface
  • Backend: Laravel API handling data ingestion, user management, and Stripe payments
  • Database: PostgreSQL for efficient querying across hundreds of thousands of company records
  • Data pipeline: Automated daily imports from Bolagsverket with deduplication and enrichment

Pricing and Payments

We implemented a tiered pricing model with Stripe integration, allowing users to start with a low-cost trial and scale up as they see results. The payment flow is seamless, from plan selection to checkout to immediate access.
